The heart and soul of the Winter Music Festival organization is the dedicated crew of volunteers who make everything we do possible.   

All year long, the Winter Music Festival engages more than 55 volunteers throughout the community and greater area  to assist as volunteers. These committed individuals perform a variety of helpful tasks, including everything from year-round fundraising, ticket sales, and marketing and administrative support, to ushering in the theater on event night, working as stagehands, lighting, and sound technicians, merchandise sales and more. Our organization would not be what it is today without this strong base of volunteer support.  

We’re always looking for reliable, hardworking and fun-loving individuals to join our team. Don’t just go to the Winter Music Festival, be a part of it! Volunteering is a great way to meet new friends and be a part of the show!   

We appreciate all of our volunteers, especially those of you who come back year after year, bringing your experience and enthusiasm to the WMF. You are all an integral part of the event and we could not do it without you!
