TIPS FOR A SMOOTH IN-PERSON TICKETING EXPERIENCE

Please review these Tips and then click the Purchase Tickets button at either the top or bottom of this page to buy your tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• All of our 2-Day and Individual show passes are still available. 
• All seats are Reserved Seats only. 
• At the time of purchase (during the review order process), you will be able to select either Print Tickets at Home or Pick Up at FEC-Will Call.
• You will receive a Confirmation email when your purchase is complete.
• Blocks of tickets are designated for the two-day passes. Your seating choices will be directed to these blocks. 

Note:  If you still have ticketing questions, please call the Florence Events Center Box Office at 541-997-1994 during business hours. 

BEST TICKETS AVAILABLE Option: 

You may prefer to allow the ticketing system to do all the work. If so, choose Best Tickets Available. Once you select your seats, their location is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen above the green Continue button. If you are happy with the selection, click on Continue then click Proceed to Checkout to complete your transaction.

We encourage you to call the friendly folks at the Florence Events Center at 541-997-1994, or to visit the box office at 715 Quince Street in Florence; hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. They will be more than happy to help you purchase exactly the seats you want, if they are available. We suggest calling the box office at 541-997-1994 to confirm they are open before you make the trip to the Events Center.
